UPDATE 1/2/23: This really is a bit overkill, as the motor is very vibration free and pretty quiet when running at lower speeds. I can't imagine running it at anywhere near close to 100%. Also, in using the Duet, you can connect the pins from the pot to the out9 5V PWM connector UPDATE: I added an adapter that you can slide on the output of the fan, which works with the silicone tubing that I'm using. It's working great. At max, all you need is about 20% for my configuration. --------------------------------------------------- After going through 3 original Berd Air pumps, it was time to move on to the CPAP fan and controller. This is my take on a mount. I used flex filament to create an anti-vibration mount. So it goes fan, spacer, flex mount, then cover. You could skip the flex and do a solid piece if you want. The flex piece is 5mm thick and I printed it at 100% infill, but it probably could be a little thinner and with less infill. The Fan uses M2.5 x 12 screws , the Controller uses M2 x12 screws and the vibration cover to hold the flex onto the mount uses M3 x 12 screws Remember to pull the fan wires through the slot and behind the controller card, BEFORE you mount the controller.
