Design intent is to utilize plasma cutting to make the the plates / rings / valve petals, and also for the sheet metal blanks to roll and weld to form the intake and combustion chamber. Plan is to run this off a large carburetor with gasoline, so throttle control is possible and the carburetor will handle making sure the air/fuel ratio is right. It will have to be started with a shop-vac on the tail end of the engine, since carburetors usually don't respond well to positive pressure going through them like the typical leaf-blower method of starting injector-based pulsejets. DXF files lay out the assembly (no dimensions yet, but units are in English) and after sheets of layout views, then each part profile for cutting has been placed in a dxf of its own for ease of loading into the torch machine software. There are .step and .iges solid part files included here, for anyone who wants to look at the solid 3D model in CAD software. The only reason the .stl file was uploaded is that Thingiverse needs at least one of that file type for a Thing to be posted, I don't really recommend trying to 3D print this as it's not set up for it and doesn't have .stl's for each piece etc.
