Slide retainer clip part for electric pump. I drew this part to fit my Johnson viking-power-16 pump, but it should fit pumps with similar connectors. When the hoses are disconnected, these clips fall out and get lost easily. My improved part should not fall out as easily and can be printed in PLA. The connection name could be "KlickTite" but it seems pretty unique to these pumps. Should be compatible with Johnson part 01-36035, which is pretty hard to find, other than buying a whole new pump just to get the clip... Build tips: 0.1mm layer height should work. Needs to be printed with support. Final thickness of the sliding part should be about 2.9mm. Depending on your support settings it may be needed to sand down the bottom side until it fits in the 3.0mm recess of the pump. My version may be a bit harder to install on the pump, but should not fall out anymore when the hoses are removed. The top of the print should face towards the pump. The small slope should be smooth. Especially with a large layer height, remove the steps in this slope to make it easier to install on the pump. If PLA degrades too much in wet environments, printing in ABS may be more suitable. I have designed this part using Rhino3D. It is my first Thingi and I will try to upload 3dm, iges, step in addition to STL format. (Photo's are of v1, added more rounded corners in v2)
