Pump Perfusion System

Peristaltic Pumps have become indispensable tools in research settings. Unfortunately, purchasing one of these devices comes with a hefty price tag. Commercial units often rely on a single motor, which limits their ability to manage multiple fluid conduits at varying speeds and time intervals simultaneously, even in an automated, user-programmed environment. Our designed system boasts a 3D printed case that can be easily produced using any standard 3D printer. We've also shared the design files, enabling users to customize them according to their needs or add their logo like we did on top of ours. This cutting-edge system is controlled through Arduino IDE, allowing for seamless code adjustments to suit individual requirements. Building this system (excluding 3D printing time) can be completed in under an afternoon from start to finish. We're excited to introduce a revolutionary system that utilizes six independent motors, each capable of scheduled on/off cycles and specified speeds. This setup offers a cost-effective alternative to commercial pump systems, which typically rely on fewer motors. With our system, researchers can now perfuse fluids with up to six times more motors than their expensive counterparts.
