Pumping station intake tube

I was asked to design the intake pipe for an existing pumping station used for a fire fighting network. The station sucks in sea water from the pipe. The old pipe was located too close to the shore and this resulted in poor performance and malfunctions tο the pumps due to sand deposits. The filter at the end of the pipe is not accurate. All other dimensions are 100% accurate.
