This nose cone is a re-mix of a jack-o-lantern design by benrules2 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:483564 that will allow you to make your own Halloween rocket. It's designed to fit Estes BT-60 airframe tubing. You can upscale or downscale it to fit other tubing sizes. Place an LED light inside the object and fly your rocket at night time. There are four files included: 1) the nose cone 2) the lid (that should be glued to the top) 3) end cap with no hole 4) end cap with a 7mm hole.
