Pumpkinstein's Pi Monster

Pumpkinstein's Pi Monster

thingiverse

I've started the Pumpkinstein as part of our Halloween tradition at UCF's IST:3dPD lab project. The Raspberry Pi version is a partial remix using another user's pi mount inside (Ben's model can be found here, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1550278, Thanks Ben!). I've included a Simplify file for those of you who know the wonder that is their supports and slicing control. I've also included a step of the original pumpkin shape for you solid modeling people to play with in Fusion360, Space Claim, or cad program of choice. I'll be posting more on our integration of this cool stuff from @ladyada #adafruit https://learn.adafruit.com/animated-electronic-eyes-using-teensy-3-1/customizing Soon! Tips are greatly appreciated! And please follow me http://www.facebook.com/unicronstudios/ I'll be cutting him up into parts that fit together, (so multiple people can try printing out his parts). In addition to that, I'll be helping my buddies in the lab put together a nifty #adafruit and tinsy/or raspberry pi project that will help bring him to life! Currently printing him out with supports at .20mm in esun PETG green translucent on my Makerbot 2x.
