This is a bird-repellent (scarer) device, and the eyebrow can jump which is connected to the eye fan with the crank cod, the device is driven by wind power. All the parts are printable, but because I'm using the Bambu P1P, it has very high printing accuracy, I just left a small gap between the parts, which should be very tight with other printers. you can try to scale it a bit larger or small to assemble it well.
