<p>This model is a box that I designed to hold two push buttons. It is used to control a roller shutter controller, to have the shutter go up, stop and come down with physical buttons.</p><p>The bolt supports are meant to be threaded with an M3 tap, but they could be drilled to 4mm and fitted with threaded inserts (probably a better result). Bolts are M3, 10mm are deep enough, but you could go deeper to compensate for the weak'ish plastic threads.</p><p>Push buttons are identical to those shown in one of the screenshots, with a neck diameter of ~22mm and a depth of around 40mm (below the lid).</p><p>Mine was printed in eSun PLA+ filament at 0.2mm layer height.</p>
