Push fit circuit boards

Push fit circuit boards

thingiverse

Want an alternative to fiddly screw terminal blocks? This design allows easy joins between wires with push fit plugs. The plugs are for use between stranded copper wire and solid wire, like leds and phone charger wires. The little holes are for twisting together solid core wires like leds and resistors. The example file is for a moodlamp, but you can use the openscad file to create your own circuits. Instructions Laser cut the pattern from 3mm mdf. Do the engraving first, then the cut. This will get you 8 kits. To build the kit, see this instructable: http://www.instructables.com/id/The-kit/ For the openscad files: https://github.com/mattvenn/cad/tree/master/openscad/pushfitcircuit If you want to use a different thickness of material, regenerate the dxf with the openscad file. The engraving is a separate SVG and will need to be merged (I used inkscape).
