This is a push-up handle/bar. You have to print two of them. There are three parts, the handle is printed at 60% infill and the bar at 80%, the cotter pin at only 20%. Probably you can go lighter, this was my settings for PLA and my bodyweight thats about 95 Kgs / 209 Lbs. That's why I wanted it to be really solid. The bar width is like olympic bar: grip section is 28 millimetres (1.1 in) in diameter. The olympic motto is printed there: Citius, Altius, Fortius, which is Latin for faster, higher, stronger. You can use it for your workouts at home, bodybuilding, calisthenics, fitness, crossfit. Just print it and do your workouts, no excuses!
