This intricate puzzle box requires 1/4-inch material and a 1/8-inch end mill or router bit for precision cutting. Relief cuts are included in the design to accommodate rounded corners resulting from router bit usage. The STL file features all flat patterns needed for part assembly. When scaling up or down, use a cutting bit not exceeding half the thickness of the scaled parts.
