Our 3D printer who wishes to remain nameless has a print envelope of 14cm which is really only 10cm consistently so when I needed to print a part that was larger than that I wanted a way to connect them (see example picture). These puzzle pieces can be added to any project with openScad. Enjoy. Instructions You should union for male piece, and use difference for female. I recommend size for male slightly smaller than female to help with fitting and printer inconsistencies.
