PVC 1 inch diameter nozzle mold. Top and bottom molds are separate stls. Can easily print them at the same time. Prusa Slic3r 3mf files are included. The nozzle is made from 1" PVC pipe with a 3/4 PVC pipe inside for support of the washer. Start with a 1 /5/8" length of 1" pvc then add a 1" length 3/4 pipe cut into a split ring and glued in with PVC cement. I then drill a 1/4 hole in the lower divergent section all the way through to prevent the divergent from blowing out and cover with tape. Put a slit in the tape to allow concrete to flow into it. Spray 3d print form only with cooking spray for release agent and snap in the bottom divergent section. Pour Rockite or hydraulic cement into the lower divergent section with the 3d form until it comes up slightly over the top of the split ring. Place the washer on top and push down until seated. Pour more concrete on top until almost full and push the convergent section down into the wet concrete. Let set until firm but not hard and twist the 3d printed form out. Use a Q-Tip with water to smooth any rough edges and keep the washer nozzle throat clear and clean.
