This is a PVC Filament ( 1kg ) Spool Holder, that is a derivative of thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18115. Instructions I viewed thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18115 the other day, and realized I just happened to have a bunch of PVC parts left over from a previous project. I was able to take those parts, and make my own derivative, which sits on top of the ToM and does not require any extra guides for the filament.
