(I personally use the sotac one) to ensure tight fit with as many mounts as possible, there is an adjustable screw encorperated into the design. This mechanism was inspiered by the adjustable thightness dovetail J-Arm made by radiactive (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5437655) ### Needed materials M4 Bolt (overall Length 22mm, Thread lenght 18mm) M4 Nut M3x30 bolt Ballpoint Pen Spring ### compatibility tested with Sotac g24 repro DIY Rhino II PYRM Repro LNVG mount Lowsto repro mount ### Printing You should have a pretty good calibrated printer to start with, specific settings aren't that important, as this adapter recieve to much stress. I printed my example with a wall count of 16, but i don't believe this is really necessary. The reccomended print oriantation can be seen in the "print orientation.png" in the media folder. After printing remove the supports structures and put in the M5 Nut and the M5 Bolt, put the adapter on your Nvg and thighten the screw until the adapter is secure. You will need to screw in the M3 Bolt into the locking block, this can be kinda tricky, i recommend you do it first outside of the adapter and then undo it to insert it only after you already started cutting the threads in the locking block. The filament i used is Esun PLA+. printer settings nozzle size 0,4mm layer height 0,2 Nozzletemp 205-225 (whatever works for you) Bedtemp 60 (whatever works for you) walllinecount 30 (whatever works for you) supports enabled
