This project is to provide modifications to the PXMalion T320 to make it easier to use and increase stability. To Do: Add Photos of implementation and add more detail to hardware required. Parts: Extruder Boxes: These move the extruder motors from the base of the printer to the top plate and use the existing mounting holes to hold the motor. This will allow your bowden tubes to hand down and not interfere with prints or have the potential to get snagged. T320 Endstop: This part uses a screw, nut and spring and then snaps onto the rod above the z endstop switch. This allows for manual adjustment of your z axis with a screw. X Carriage: This replaces the x axis carriage that houses the hotend assembly and uses LM8UU bearings to move away from using the stock bushings. This allows for smoother travel on the x axis. Spool holders: These allow you to install skateboard bearings and dowel rods to hold filament on the base of the printer instead of taking up more real estate. These mount where the extruder motors used to be. *These will extend past the edge of your printer a little bit. Y Axis Belt Clip: This is a lengthened version of PXMalion's design. Grips the belt better to prevent slipping. Y Axis Tensioner: Parts to print: Tensioner Brace Adjustment Knob This replaces the front bracket that holds the belt pulley and smooth rods. It allows you to tension the belt and remove the spring tensioner. Will update with additional parts required soon. Extension Blocks: These allow you to regain the lost height taken up by the fan and hotend assembly Corner 1/ Corner 2: Print 2 of each of these for use with different motion controller boards. You could also just choose one corner type and print 2 to go on diagonal ends of the board. Thos screws in where the original board was and elevates the new board a bit for more airflow. If using only 2 corners instead of 4, it is easier to rotate them a bit to fit the new boards better and you can also use the 4 original screws without having to source more.
