The case was designed from scratch according to the PYNQ-Z2 board dimensions. These cases have an 5 mm offset around the PCB to prevent accidental ejection of the SD Card and protect all the others ports. There are a lot of files in this project which you can choose according to your needs, mainly top and bottom casing files and spacer files. Also a text file is provided so you can print and glue the letters to the top case for a better style. ** As an extra material you will need M2.5 bolts and nuts. The length of the bolts should be less than half of the spacers length. The nuts should be standard nuts (no more than 2 mm in height) ** The files names can be described as: * Top Files: Top case of the PYNQ-Z2 board. * Bot Files: Bot case of the PYNQ-Z2 board. * Spacer Files: Spacers M2.5 that might be needed for the casing. * Files with "FlatHeadBolt" keyword: The holes for the bolts are suitable for flat head bolts. * Files with "NoEthernetCavity" keyword: The top part have not the RJ45 port cavity. __*This is only suited when the spacers are higher than the port (14 mm).*__ * Files with "EmbeddedNut" keyword: The bot part have a cavity that allow embedding of a M2.5 standard nut (max nut height is 2 mm). * Files with "Holes" keyword: The bot part has hex shaped holes for aesthetics and thermal purposes. * Files with "L##" keyword: The length of the spacer. Available lengths are 14 mm and 11.5 mm. __*The 14 mm spacers can be used with the top case without the RJ45 hole and the 11.5 mm spacers can be only used when the RJ45 is present since with this length the top case will be colinear with the top of the ethernet port.*__ * Files with "FF" keyword: Female to Female spacer with modelled threads. * Files with "FM" keyword: Female to Male spacer with modelled threads. * Files with "Hex" keyword: Spacers with Hex shape.
