Q450 Quadcopter Leg Landing Gear Extensions

This is a set of leg extensions for the Hobbyking Q450 quadcopter. They will add 2 inches of ground clearance. There are two options: Use a pair of leg extensions for each arm of the quadcopter. They snap on and can be fastened into place with a single M3 x 12mm screw. For those that want slightly less weight, you can use one leg extension in conjunction with a smaller retainer. These options are shown in the photos. Instructions First, print the "q450 legs sample" file. This will print a pair of legs and a retainer. From that, you can decide if this is going to work out for you, and if you want to go with the double leg option or the leg/retainer option. Download the appropriate 3 pack to print the remaining parts for your quad all at once.
