Here is a 360 camera mount for an action camera (GoPro fixing) that allows the camera to rotate 'freely' around the drone during flight - It provides an interesting perspective! On one end is the camera and on the other is a counterweight which prevents it from being un-balanced - I used some plasticine as this was a first mock-up but you could use weights or even extend your power cable and run your battery out there...?  To make the rig simply print the files and insert some 8mm tubes, rods or dowel (I used 8mm aluminium tube) and push them into the 3D printed parts. An M4 bolt is used to fix the cap/stopper to the main plate to prevent the swivel from coming off.   I printed this at 0.15mm to esure the rotating parts and tolerances were accurate.   Check out the video of it in action:
