Holds your QCX Mini, provides power, and you can turn the radio over to protect the screen and knobs during transport. At your own risk: Populate the battery holder/lid with 3x 18650 cells, and there is space to safely mount a battery management board under the batteries. Just leave the wires long enough so that you can manipulate everything into place. Use 3 x M3 countersunk machine screws to fix lid. Print it with rafts, it makes it more reliable, and prevents curling and warping. UPDATE: Based on feedback I created a couple of alternative lids with shorter battery tubes and slots for welding strip and also a plain lid with no battery tubes and a hole for the power socket, and a plain lid with no holes. The '19.5' file also has larger tubes, but beware the wall thickness is now .5mm so may be a little weak depending on what material and print settings you choose. UPDATE2: Added speaker grille for RS Pro miniature speaker 756-4609, and extra hole in lid for 3.5mm jack socket. There is really space for tiny amp, but I didn't find it worthwhile to fit.
