Qidi Tech Acrylic Printer Cover Extruder Wire Protector / Acrylic Straightener

My extruder wire was rubbing against the sides of the acrylic cover and the acrylic was bending a little while not maintaining its original intended shape. I created this Extruder Wire Protector / Acrylic Straightener to resist scratching and it seems to work quite well so far. Print two of these to cover both the left and right sides. They can be scaled horizontally to fit any acrylic section of this printer or vertically to fit another acrylic thickness; these are for 2.5mm thick acrylic. Print Settings Printer: QIDI Tech Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.12 Infill: 30% Notes: Support used on interior to make sure acrylic mates properly. Printed in ABS with 3 shell layers, 7 top and bottom layers. My infill for these parts was 30% and layer height 0.12mm, feel free to change them to your desired amounts.
