Redesigned fan shroud for the X-One. Moves the exhaust duct closer to the extrusion while centering airflow evenly. V2 Update - adjusted the height on the blower neck. V3 Update - larger alignment hole, reinforced mounting plate, lower duct redesigned for improved airflow and positioning. Print Settings Printer: Qidi Tech X-One Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: 15 Notes: Supports from build plate only. I had no problems with bridging on the top section. I used 3 layers on walls for rigidity. I printed in PLA however ABS would be best. Post-Printing V2 V3 - redesigned lower duct V3 - larger outlet V3 - larger outlet
