Qidi X-One2 Filament Sensor

Qidi X-One2 Filament Sensor

I wanted to add a simple microswitch filament sensor to my Qidi Tech X-One2. The idea for this came from: https://all3dp.com/2/ender-3-filament-sensor-runout/ There are designs on Thingiverse, but their suitability is dependent on getting a microswitch that is the same as the switch being used by the designer. I use these switches: WINOMO Mini Micro Limit Switch Roller Lever Arm SPDT Snap Action https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HHPD22S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I designed this sensor case around that switch. I also use a ball bearing filament guide to guide the filament into the sensor case, and then up into the filament guide tube holder. I’ve included those STL files as well. The ball bearing filament guide is designed around these bearings from Amazon: 608ZZ Metal Double Shielded Miniature Deep Groove Skateboard Ball Bearings (8mm x 22mm x 7mm) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H83VV6B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 You must be careful on Amazon, as these are referred to as skateboard bearings. What will trip you up is some of them have an 8 mm center, and others have a 10 mm center. I made the mistake of ordering the 10 mm bearings the second time I ordered bearings and found that they didn’t fit most of the designs that were out there. I fixed that by creating some 10mm to 8mm bearing bushings. Those bushings are included among the files.
