The stock extruder cooling fan placement and flow path is terrible. There is a huge gap between fan and heatsink, and half the heatsink is blocked by PCB. Fan doesn't really do much... The HumeBeam Hercules Mod and the ChadMod are far and away the better way to fix the extruder, but as an interim measure... This duct + my remixed HumeBeam Draken Duct (link below) may help keep the Heatbreak and heatsink temps down, and might extend the temp range of the standard extruder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4853464
