The QRP 49:1 balun for an EFHW antenna should handle up to 30 watts comfortably. Windings are radial, with no crossover across the toroid opening because of the center support post. It has 3 turns primary and 21 turns secondary winding. This is built beefier than my other QRP 49:1 design to accomodate the duty cycle of digital modes.
