Samoth's design moves the nut where it needs to be for the OneUp v2 and creates a cutout for the spring. Both of these required changes from the TwoUp design, and only TSA_COLORADO was kind enough to provide an SCAD file so I could make those changes. I reduced the screw cutouts to use 30 points instead of 100, which makes the rendering much faster. If you want them back for higher precision, change $fn to 100 instead of 30 for each of the cutouts. I also added custom support structures since I had issues accurately printing Samoth's design with slic3r using its automatic supports. This was another edit requiring an SCAD file. If you don't want the support structures in your prints, it's quite easy to comment out the marked section of the SCAD file before exporting to STL. Note: The included STL file has the support structures enabled. Thanks to TSA_COLORADO and Samoth for their previous work which allowed this to be created. Specific thanks to TSA_COLORADO for including the SCAD file in his upload - it solved my issues, and hopefully helps others too. Print Settings Printer: QU-BD OneUp v2 Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Printed using standard 0.4mm nozzle with PLA filament. The software toolchain I used is: SCAD -> STL -> slic3r -> gcode -> pronterface I imagine it should work with any slicer/host software Post-Printing Remove the support structures with side cutters The support structures are marked with an indentation so they are easy to cut. the bottom and top of the support should be made flush with the rest of the top/bottom. The inside back wall should be completely flat as well.
