QU-BD Two-Up Pulley mod

This is a modified version of phantomoperator's pulley mod. I've divided the pulley in two so that it can be printed without the use of support material. (I found that the support material caused more problems than it was solving.) Haven't made a new pulley wheel for it yet but I'm going to try and use some purchased on ebay. The title of the item I purchased to use on this is: 10x/20x 624VV V Groove Sealed Ball Bearings Vgroove 4 X 13 X 6mm 3mm Deep Also I have no idea why one file turned out to be 21mb. Update 07/07/2014: Printed the pulley that attaches to the base, that angle was chosen to reduce support material. One thing to note, the horizontal bit needs to be trimmed town a bit to fit next to the smooth rod. Also it looks like the print messed up near the end but the part is perfectly usable. Update 17/07/2014: Installed bearings and wire. You could print your own bearings and they would work just as good as long as there is a groove to keep the wire centered. The wire I'm using is a bit thin but still works. The zip ties at the top are used as a simple line tensioner and work very well. Instructions You can print each part separately then glue them together. Then use either 3 or 4 mm bolts to attach the pulley wheel and to attach it to the printer. After your print the base pulley you will need to trim off some of the top to get it to fit next to the smooth rod so that it is in line with the other bearings.
