Quad Lock Complete System

Here is the complete Quad Lock system. All you need is a 3mm bolt and a nut, everything else is printed (spring included). I can't take credit for the spring, as I took the design from "Jonni". This version of the qualock is similar to the "handlebar/stem mount", using an universal mount for the phone cover, so it should fit all phones. I put my quad lock on the top tube of the bike, but you can probably put it on the stem as well. I use 3M tape to attach it to the top tube. The overall size of the mount is smaller than the original qualock, as I wanted something as low profile as possible. Printing details: 1) Print as detailed as you can. I print at 0.12 mm layer height and it seems to be enough. 2) Print spring in PLA, as it is stiffer. Other parts can be printed in whatever you prefer. PETG has low friction coefficient, so it will allow the parts to slide nicely against each other. 3) Spring can be printed standing up with supports. It take 5-10 minutes to remove the support and you need to be careful, but it can be done. 4) Print the "lock core" at 90 degrees. This is ugly, as it requires support and it won't have good quality, but it is necessary to make sure this part is strong. If you print it standing up (so without any support) the layer adhesion will be the weakest part of the mount. This means that if you knock the phone in any way, the layers will break and the phone will come off the mount (I talk from experience...) 5) Print all other parts in whichever direction you prefer, with supports where needed. 6) There are 2 versions of the "3M support". One is curver and one is almost flat. Choose whatever suits your needs.
