GrabCAD
Quadcopter frame with naca 4516 - 4512 airfoil all over the design. The idea is generate lift from the frame while the quadcopter moving forward so it can improve the range. The design is also minimized the drag while moving forward so it can achive high speed while maintaining the altitude. The angle of incident of the airfoil is set 7 to 5 degree because when moving forward the quadcopter tent to pitching negative . To 3d print the frame its better to split the frame and the canopy in half and rotate front half 90 CW and rear half 90CCW.
software used in the design process: RHINO 5
frame weight : 30-50 grams depend on the infill
