PLEASE NOTE: There is a bug in this SCAD file. I used D as a radius for the helixes. Please see the comments or edit the file and put [D1/2,0,0] and [D2/2,0,0] into the script. PLEASE NOTE: This is experimental. You must at least have some advanced radio amateur skills to get any results out of this... Personally, I have to rely on a colleague at work for the radio stuff. Instructions Look the antenna type up on the web and learn all the physics. ;-) Print it. Mount the wires. Do some lab measurements. Tinker with the SCAD files and return to 2. Use it with you RC air craft. (7.) Optional (repair your aircraft and restart from 1.)
