QuadToneWhistle (V30 (V29) remix)

LMF5000 made the V29 whistle smaller, so I made his/her design bigger. Mirrored the compact whistle and gave it two more tones. The original tone chambers were .5mm difference in depth, so I added two more at .5mm steps. I don't know enough about what notes are being made to explain why. I also added slight rounded fill to the outlets which seems to make a nicer tone and lower volume, though it may allow over-blowing more easily. I'm guessing this is offset by having double the air-paths. Made the bite lip a bit more pronounced since the grip scales were eliminated in the mirroring. I'm still learning Fusion, so some things are done "wrong". For example, I just moved the lanyard hole geometry instead of deleting one and modifying the extrusion from the original sketch.
