Model was pulled from ME3 and made available on the RPF here: https://www.therpf.com/forums/threads/mass-effect-pepakura-file-archive-check-for-regular-updates.186674/ I had spent about a week looking for the thing and finally figured out that I could rip it from the PDO. Credit to original finders for finding it in the ME3 game files and making it available in PDO, I looked for it and even after extracting all the game models couldn't find it. I'm going to be printing it soon and will hopefully be more informative then.
