The original design from fortinmike had too tight tolerances. The parts would always break during assembly, so I modified them a little. Made the slider arms more flexible, the plate more user friendly and the pin+clip a different shape so it's less prone to breaking from pin insertion or mounting to the strap. I also added a 3D-printable M5 screw and nut if you don't have some already. They work great, but don't over tighten the nut and print at 100% infill for those. Thanks for the great design, fortinmike! Optional: I heated the part of the plate that clips onto the headphones a little before assembly. This made it a bit more flexible and easier to put the headphones on. Otherwise it would break every time, because I only print in PLA. An alternative would be to print the plate in a more bend-friendly material.
