Quest 3 Table Tennis Adapter bottom part
thingiverse
Update (11/11/2023): Add two small covers to cover the openings for the square nuts. I applied some silicon for kitchen on the openings and put these tiny covers on the openings. Built an adapter and tried wit my Quest Pro. It works great but I worry the durability of the M4 inserts. I used M3 and M4 inserts on my 3D printers before and they break easily if you tight the screws too much no matter on purpose or not. The first trial is to replace the inserts with some regular M4 nuts that were enclosed into capsules that I can slide the capsules into the new slots to take the M4 screws. BUT the adapter is thin and the wide of M4 nuts is almost the same as the capsules. Then I found a M4 square nut laying around on the ground and I just insert into the slot and they fit just fine! The fit is not very tight and I applied some clear silicon for kitchen and bath on the top of the screws to prevent the drops. Or you can applied some hot glue and that should also work.
