Here is my Qui-Gon Jinn lightsaber design. I tried to get it as accurate as possible.

The shroud is the challenging part, so it may take some creativity to get the supports stable enough for the little prong shaped overhangs. It was too tall for my prusa mk2 so I split a section off the bottom and added those split parts for anyone who needs it.

I print everything at a minimum of 25% infill to give it a decent weight for a plastic lightsaber.

To get the seamless circular pattern on the emitter, red button, and pommel, set your top/bottom infill pattern to Archimedean chords in your slicer.

For the main grip, ‘ironing’ was enabled in prusaslicer to smooth out the top surfaces.

Compatible with my Covertec belt clip here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/155731-covertec-belt-clip
