Printed the grey part using flex filament (TPU). It won't work on PLA or ABS, since it need to fit inside the GoPro case. Must use 4 x M2x8mm bolts - or hot-glue the two parts and use a blowdrier to change the filter when needed. I had to use supports to print the flex part, but that maybe because my printer sucks printing flex overhangs. 10% infill on both parts. SuperView mode can capture the lens frame. Use a narrow capture angle (wide) or crop a little. I'll try latter to bring the filter closer and make the frame thinner.
