Version 2.0 is online: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4841372 -------------------------------------------------------------- WORKING BUT UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Inspired by ProperPrinting / Jón Schone i designed a quick tool change mount for the Artillery Sidewinder X1. One of the reasons is, that i want to be able to mount a Lasermodul and it makes repairing/working on the Hotend much easier. Also I want to be able to try other Hotends more easily... One of the next steps will be a qick connection/plug adapter for the flatcabel or get rid of them. I made two versions, one uses the Wheel-Screws for mounting, the other one (wich i use) needs three tapped m5 holes. Both are on top of the original Aluminiumplate, to keep the stiffness, but it would also be possible to make a version without... Also are both of them reversible, so you can go back to the original mount, if you want to. The extruder will be in the same place as in the original, so the only thing to change (without a real need) is the y-offset. I made mine of petg, but will print the final version witch carbon fiber. You will need: 1x m5 nut and a countersunk screw m5 15mm (for the Lever) 3x m3 nut for the Hotend 3x countersunk screws m5x8mm if you choose to drill and tap mounting holes.
