Quickie Bulldozer Leveling Rake Bracket

This is a socket and bracket that allow you to connect a Quickie Bulldozer broom handle to another item in a way that is non-damaging to the handle. This allows you to use the handle for a temporary purpose and then re-attach it to the broom for normal use. I used this to connect the handle to a short piece of 1x3 common board and build a DIY leveling rake for my lawn. To use, simply screw the socket onto the end of the handle, insert the handle into the bracket, and finally screw the handle onto your item. The screw holes are not threaded so any reasonably sized pan head screw will work. The bracket has a collar which prevents the socket from sliding in or out and the hexagonal shape prevents it from twisting. To remove, unscrew the bracket from your item, remove the handle, and unscrew the socket. You can now re-attach the handle to the original broom head or other item.
