Quiet Hot End Fan Duct

The noisy hot end fan on an Ender 3 Pro is a lot quieter without its cover I noticed. However, while upgrading my cooling, I found all the alternative fan ducts/covers were as noisy as the original, hence this design. It won't silence the fan, but it's better than the others I've tried. I have included a flat location for mounting LEDs.
