Quiet Lightweight Magnetic Print Head - Kossel - e3D V6

This print head is based on geometry from a magnetic print head by Thingiverse user Atziano - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2859992. The changes I have made are to the print head itself. See Atziano's post for instructions on making the rods and carriages. The major additions are: - Magnet wells anagled towards the linear rails - Increased the depth of the magnet wells to allow a 5mm x 10mm disk magnet can be stacked behind the countersunk magnet - Combined a cage to secure the E3D V6 (threaded version) directly to the print head plate - Combined the part cooling duct to the print head plate Ultimaker style Nb: - The heat sink cooling fan is a generic 30mm fan with the housing removed, I used an epoxy glue to fix it to the fan mount in the print head. - The part cooling fan I am using is a Noctua 40mm x 20mm (very quiet), any 40mm will fit however. If you use the full 230mm(ish) print bed I'd recommend not a 10mm thick fan. - The additional magnets are grade N52 neodymium disk magnets, (5mm x 10mm). Enjoy UPDATES: v2 - 05/7/19 currently in testing. I will upload a guide to making rods accurately as well as print head with updated geometry. v1.1 increases the cut out below the fan (reducing the thin wall) I have uploaded a version without the logo text on
