Quonset hut for use with Dust 1947 WWII "weird war" miniatures game.

Scaled for the 9cm squares, but could also be used with the older 10cm squares.

Designed to print without supports, and has locating grooves to make assembly easy. Can be glued together or left apart for more compact storage.

Corrugations scaled for 1:48, but height/radius of curve scaled to fit the the 9cm squares.

Any feedback is welcome.

Print instructions

Protoyped and tested on an Ender 3, 0.4 nozzle in 0.12mm and 0.2mm layer heights.

Should not require supports. Ends have an extended foot to permit better stability and adhesion.

Recommended to print the ends (doors) at .12 layer height for good fit and resolution.

Main hut body should be printed on end in 0.12 or .2 layer height. Any rougher and the corrugations don't turn out well.

If having adhesion issues, print with a skirt. I've also taped down the skirt after a few minutes of printing to ensure it won't lift when doing a 10 hr print (0.12mm resolution test).
