My R-8 collets were not sent to me in their typically tubes, but in a cheap flat pack. This made it difficult to get them out of the flat pack and pick the correct size the first time. These tubes are simple in design and easy to print. The tube length is just shy of the top concave surface, allowing for fingers to grip the edges to remove the collet from the tube. These were printed in PLA. I decided to not have keys/slots to fit the tubes together to allow for the thinnest, quickest parts to print and attached them together with rubber bands. If I wanted to, I could glue them together in a configuration, but I don't want that permanent of a setup.

Print Settings:

 Nozzle: .6mm

 Layer Height: .45mm

 Perimeters: 2

Print time (quantity 1): 1 hour (mostly perimeters)
