<p>This is an adaptation of MrBaddeley's R2 tire made into a mold so you can cast one piece tires instead of fail multiple times with TPU or NinjaFlex</p><p>&nbsp;Along with a mold in PLA you will need</p><p>Ease Release 200</p><p>Simpact 85A polyurethane from Smooth-on</p><p>Gram Scale for measuring material&nbsp;</p><p>cups and stirrers</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Instructions:</p><p>First and most importantly you must use at least three or four coats of mold release or the cast will get stuck in the mold for most of eternity. &nbsp;Follow the directions on the spray can and spray it a lot you want to almost fill in the layer lines as they will serve as locks holding your tire strong.</p><p>measure out 85 grams part A and 100 grams part B (grams not oz)</p><p>add tint is desired</p><p>mix until no streaks are present and pour into the mold</p><p>demold after 1 to 2 hours and let it cure for 24 hours before fitting to the hub. (wash it with dish soap to remove the wax release spray.)</p>
