R2D2 Trash Can Hinge

I fixed a brittle plastic hinge that broke after only a few months by reverse engineering and printing it again. It worked perfectly on the first run. To print it flat, I trimmed one side of the clip, which gave me a good idea of how to redesign it later. However, it fits snugly in place, so it works great as-is for now. Update: After making it slightly taller and thickening the side with the clip for a stronger hold, it's even more secure. Print Settings: Printer: i3 clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I included support ribs to help with bridging issues, which they easily snap out of.
