Thick walled rabbit structure has been created by removing internal material to create a hollow interior that extends 0.5mm through both faces and into walls. This hollow space measures approximately 99% of original part thickness at the thin face, allowing for easier molding and production without compromising on final strength or stability of the resulting plastic product.
