See who can design a better car that is faster and that looks cooler. Perfect for kids to use around the house.  To assemble, you put in the axels (small in front, large in back) and you then surround it with washers, then the weels, then another washer. Shouldn't need glue, everything should be snug. If glue is needed, then don't glue the axel in the car's holes.
