Race for the Galaxy 2nd ed. insert with extension

This inlay hosts the basic game Race for the Galaxy 2nd edition and RftG Expansion and Brinkmanship. It is designed to host the cards with sleeves. The first two card holders stores the play cards from the basic game and extension one and two. Extension three, the empty cards and the cards you don’t use go into case three. I designed it this way to keep it maximum flexible, whatever extensions and cards you want to use for your game. The print “RftG_card_devider.stl” Is only used to separate the unused cards from the cards from extension 3. This helps me to save space because the layout needs no fourth card holder. Be careful when you apply the lids to the box. At the lid part of the hinch you find a small notch, which makes it easier to snap in the lid. Take your time not to break the hinch on the box, check if the two pins are clear. If you accidentally break a pin, don’t panic, you don’t have to print the box again. Use a small paper clip, straighten the wire, heat it up (for example with a lighter) and pull it through the hinch. Clip off the rest of the wire and if you want close the small hole with a little bit of the filament you used for printing – it is a perfect repair if needed.
