Remixed the frame, card dividers and card base bits to accommodate sleeved cards. I used the Mayday premium sleeves (MDG-7077). Will likely fit others. The height allowed is 94mm, as long as your under that you should be good. To fit them all I did was remove 0.5mm from the Frame 2 (horizonal part) and added 2mm to the Frame 1 which added a total of 5mm to the over all height. It fits snuggly in the revised edition box. There was a bit of flex at the top and bottom of the box which made the card dividers to be loose and possibly come apart. To fix that you can glue them or I inserted cardboard from the punch-out as a spacer and it works great. Fits the base game and the first 3 expansions: The Gathering Storm Rebel Vs. Imperium Brink of War I don't have the other 2 so not sure if would fit them.
