This is a Battery strap inspired by the design of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:835257 I made my own to fit strength/size/fit of the race quads (thicker, shorter, wider, 4 teeth). It works the best if the section with teeth is bending over the corner. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 50% - 100% Notes: I've printed mine with 4 perimeters, 3 top and 3 bottom layers for strength. The overall stiffness depends on the material stiffness. If you want less stiff band then decrease the infill to 50% and the top/bottom layers to only 2. I used rubber from http://www.3dcolor.pl/ - temeprature 225 deg C, no cooling fan, 20 - 30mm/sec on my double geared extruder of my own design.
